Shrimp De Jonghe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large clove garlic, mashed
    1/4 tsp. dried tarragon
    3 c. fine bread crumbs
    2 lb. cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 c. butter, softened
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
    juice of 1 lemon
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Combine garlic, butter, tarragon and marjoram; cream until well blended.
    Add bread crumbs and lemon juice, mix well. Alternate layers of shrimp and bread crumbs mixture in buttered baking dish.
    Sprinkle parsley over each layer.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until heated through.
    Serve immediately.
