Cheese Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 Old El Paso tortillas
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 (10 oz.) cans Old El Paso enchilada sauce
Preparation
    Fry tortillas, one at a time, in hot shortening a few seconds. Drain. Fill each tortilla with the onion and grated cheese; roll. Place in shallow baking dish. Cover with enchilada sauce and top with grated cheese.
    Heat at 350\u00b0 until hot and cheese is melted.
