Lima Bean Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. dried lima beans
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can tomato soup
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Place lima beans in a saucepan and cover with water.
    Soak overnight.
    Add onion and bring to boil.
    Cook over low heat until tender and drain.
    Add soup, 1/2 cup water and butter and pour into greased casserole.
    Sprinkle with crumbs.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
