Southern Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small green cored and shredded cabbage
    2 to 3 Tbsp. rendered bacon fat
    2 tsp. red pepper flakes
    salt
Preparation
    Heat bacon fat in a skillet; toss in cabbage and stir until it's glistening.
    Lower the heat; add in pepper flakes and season with salt to taste.
    Continue cooking and turning cabbage until it is barely tender, about 10 minutes.
