Chicken And Artichokes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 small chicken parts or 8 breasts, split
    salt, pepper and paprika
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2/3 c. chicken bouillon
    1/4 c. sherry
    2 to 3 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained
Preparation
    Season chicken with salt, pepper and paprika.
    Brown 12 to 15 minutes in 4 tablespoons margarine.
    Remove chicken and put into a casserole dish.
    Add remaining margarine to pan and saute mushrooms about 5 minutes.
    Stir in flour, bouillon and sherry. Cook and stir about 5 minutes.
    Arrange artichoke hearts over chicken.
    Pour sauce on top.
    Bake, covered, at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
