Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
4 whole eggs
3 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped pecans or black walnuts
Preparation

Measure and sift together sugar, flour soda, cinnamon and salt.
Sift into oil and stir.
Add 4 whole eggs and stir well, add carrots and nuts and stir well.
Bake in 13 x 9 x 2 pan at 300 for 30 to 40 minutes.
