Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. ground beef
1 medium chopped onion
2 tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. salt
5 tsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 can tomato paste (6 oz. can)
2 cans undrained kidney beans (16 oz. cans)
2 cans stewed tomatoes (9 oz. cans)
Preparation

Brown ground beef with onion, cumin and salt.
Drain well. In a large Dutch oven, combine beef chili powder, flour and sugar. Add tomato paste, kidney beans and tomatoes; stir well.
Cover and simmer at least 30 minutes before serving.
