Blend Of The Bayou Seafood - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. medium shrimp
1 bell pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
16 oz. can sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. Tabasco
1 pt. crab meat
1 stick butter
1 large onion
2 ribs celery
1 can mushroom soup
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
3 c. cooked rice (1 1/2 dry)
Preparation

Melt cream cheese and butter in double boiler. Saute shrimp, onion, pepper and celery in 2 tablespoons butter. Mix all together and put in 3-quart casserole dish. Top with grated cheese and cracker crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, until bubbly. Allow to stand for a while before serving. Freezes well before baking. Serves 8.
