Jalapeno Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinned and boned chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 c. jalapeno jelly
Preparation
    Place chicken breasts between 2 heavy sheets of plastic wrap and flatten to 1/4 inch.
    Cook chicken in butter in a large skillet over medium heat 5 minutes on each side.
    Remove to a serving platter and keep warm.
    Add jelly to pan drippings.
    Bring to a boil, stirring until smooth.
    Spoon over chicken.
