Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, in strips
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, sliced
    1 can chopped tomatoes
    juice of 1 lemon
    salt and pepper to taste
    cooked rice or noodles
Preparation
    Brown chicken, onion and bell pepper until chicken is just done.
    Add tomatoes, lemon juice and seasonings and simmer to desired consistency.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
