Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. canned tomato paste
    2 1/2 c. water
    1/2 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    In large skillet, stir meat until browned.
    Blend in onion soup mix, flour and tomato paste.
    Stir in water; simmer for 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Garnish with snipped parsley. Place in the oven topped with bread crumbs and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
    Bake for 1/2 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Serve on noodles.
