Oatmeal Crispies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
powdered sugar
Preparation

Beat butter and margarine until creamy.
Add sugar, flour and rolls oats.
Mix well.
Chill.
Shape dough into tiny balls. Place 3 inches apart (on a greased baking sheet).
Flatten with bottom of a glass dipped in flour.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Cool and remove from baking sheet.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Store in tight container.
Sprinkle with additional powdered sugar at serving time.
Makes 3 dozen.
