Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hog head or 2 fresh picnics
    2 whole chickens
    5 qt. tomatoes
    4 cans small May peas
    3 cans whole grain white corn
    1 1/2 (32 oz.) bottles ketchup
    1 big box crackers
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. Hardison's barbecue
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook all the meat until meat falls off bones.
    Discard all the bones.
    Mix the barbecue, meats and broths
    with the tomatoes, May peas, sugar, ketchup and salt and pepper.
    Cook real slow for about an hour.
    Then add corn and cook 1/2 hour.
    Add crackers in to thicken just before it gets done.
