8 Minute Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
    1 graham cracker ready crust
    1 large can fruit of your choice (cherries, strawberries or crushed pineapple)
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla.
    Fold in Cool Whip, blending well.
    Spoon into crust.
    Chill until set, at least 4 hours. Garnish with fruit.
