Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda (level)
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    3 Tbsp. sugar (heaping)
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. Crisco shortening
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients; cut in Crisco.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water; add milk and mix.
    Add to flour mixture and stir until blended.
    Knead until smooth.
    Roll 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut and place in lightly greased pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    This dough may be divided and stored in the refrigerator in a covered container for several days.
