Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. chopped potatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. sweet pickle relish
1 Tbsp. celery seed or 3/4 c. fresh celery (I use fresh celery)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
2 Tbsp. mustard
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Cook the potatoes.
Drain the water from the potatoes when done.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Stir lightly until it is mixed well.
You can slice boiled egg to top with, if desired.
