Kentucky Hot Browns(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/3 c. flour
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 lb. processed cheese (chunks)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    4 strips bacon or country ham, cooked
    sliced turkey breast
    Parmesan cheese
    paprika
    4 pieces toast
Preparation
    Melt 1/3 cup butter; add onion and cook until tender.
    Add flour and blend until smooth.
    Add milk, salt and crushed red pepper.
    Stir in eggs, processed cheese and 1 tablespoon butter. Cook until almost boiling, stirring constantly.
    Do not boil. Remove from heat.
    In individual plates or 1 large serving dish, arrange toast; lay turkey breast on it.
    Cover with the sauce.
    Add bacon/country ham to top.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
    Place under broiler until sauce begins to bubble.
    Serve at once.
