Eleanor'S Fudgies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. cooking oil
3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/4 c. cooking oil
2 eggs, unbeaten
2 c. granulated sugar
2 1/2 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips and nuts. Beat together thoroughly.
Pour into ungreased 9 x 12-inch or 11 x 17-inch pan.
Batter will be thin.
Spread evenly into pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over batter and nuts, if desired.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Cool in pan and cut into squares or bars.
