Ingredients

3 large eggs
6 Tbsp. butter or oleo, melted
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Preparation

Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored.
Stir in butter, flour, sugar, coconut and pineapple.
Mix well.
Pour mixture into pie crust and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes or until filling sets.
