Shellfish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. bacon, cut in pieces
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    10 oz. frozen mixed veggies
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    2 large potatoes, scrubbed and diced
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. shrimp, chopped
    8 oz. oysters, diced
    8 oz. clams, diced
    4 to 5 mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Cook bacon; then add
    onion and green pepper.
    Continue cooking until light brown.
    Add tomatoes and 1 1/2 cups water. Add potatoes, salt, garlic,
    oregano
    and
    pepper.
    Simmer
    20 minutes or until potatoes
    are
    tender.
    Add veggies and mushrooms;
    cook about 10
    minutes.
    Put
    in
    shrimp,
    oysters and clams.
    Bring to a boil and cook another 5 to 10 minutes.
