Barbecue Short Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. short ribs, thin sliced
    3/4 c. catsup
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 onion, sliced
Preparation
    Dredge ribs in flour.
    Lay ribs in large casserole or pan. Combine all ingredients, except onion.
    Lay onion over ribs.
    Pour sauce over.
    Cover pan with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours.
