Spanish Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 c. rice
    1 large onion
    1 green pepper
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. tomatoes
    1 can consomme
    margarine
Preparation
    Braise chops; place in casserole.
    Brown rice and place over chops.
    Saute sliced onion, minced garlic and green pepper.
    Place over rice.
    Pour in tomatoes, consomme and Worcestershire sauce. Cover tightly and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
