Casserole Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Minute rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup
2 1/2 or 3 lb. chicken breasts or preferred parts
Preparation

Place chicken on rice in well-greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Mix canned soups and milk together. Pour over rice before adding chicken. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over chicken.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/4 hours.
Do not peek.
