Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken or turkey, cooked and diced
    1 c. shell macaroni, cooked
    2 c. celery, chopped, or 1 can sliced water chestnuts and celery to make 2 c.
    2 tsp. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. mayo (may use Miracle Whip)
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 c. cooked peas (optional)
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 1/2 c. potato chips, crushed
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cheese and chips.
    Pour into buttered casserole.
    Sprinkle cheese and chips on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
