Kentucky Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter, softened
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 large eggs
    2 c. fresh or thawed frozen corn kernels, coarsely chopped
    1 1/2 c. light cream or half and half
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Mix together butter, sugar, flour and salt.
    Beat in eggs, then stir in corn and cream until blended.
    Bake for 45 minutes or until slightly puffed and golden brown.
    Serves 6.
