Baked Rice Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. milk
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. tapioca
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. cooked rice
    3/4 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar and vanilla.
    Stir in milk, cooked rice and raisins.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Let this set for 5 minutes before baking at 325\u00b0 until set, 1 hour and 15 minutes.
