Sweet Potato Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. boiled sweet potatoes
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 stick butter
    2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. granulated sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into uncooked pie shells; sprinkle top with finely chopped nuts.
    Bake in moderate oven until done.
