Italian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c. butter
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. mushrooms
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Slice chicken into 1 x 1-inch pieces.
Saute mushrooms.
Soak chicken in egg for 1 hour.
Roll chicken in bread crumbs.
Brown chicken in butter.
Place chicken and juices into casserole dish. Cover with mushroom and chicken broth.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
