Granny'S Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 stick butter, melted and cooled
    1/4 c. half and half
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Beat eggs and add sugar. Pour in cooled butter, vinegar, vanilla, milk and cornmeal. Mix thoroughly. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake 10 minutes at 375\u00b0. Reduce to 350\u00b0 and bake 50 minutes.
