Cheese And Sausage Grits(Brunch) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    Tabasco sauce (to taste)
    1/3 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 Tbsp. pepper
    1 c. instant grits
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 large eggs, beaten
    1 (8 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Add Tabasco sauce, garlic and pepper to
    sausage.
    Cook grits in 2 cups boiling water.\tAdd all ingredients together, stirring until mixed.
    Pour mixture into
    a well
    buttered 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
