Cheesy Tuna Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (16 oz.) can (about 2 c.) tomatoes, cut up
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna, packed in water, broken into chunks
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    In a saucepan, cook onion in butter until onion is tender, but not brown.
    Add cheese soup; gradually blend in milk.
    Add undrained tomatoes, undrained tuna, parsley and pepper.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
