Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; cook until tender.
    Drain and mash.
    Beat softened cream cheese and sour cream with mixer.
    Add butter and seasonings.
    Put into greased casserole.
    Brush top with butter; sprinkle paprika over top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes, or can be refrigerated overnight and baked the next day for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
