Cashaw Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1-1/2 c. cashaw, cooked and strained
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
2 Tbsp. lemon extract
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Combine all ingredients. Fill two pie shells. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 - 45 minutes.
