Scones(Scottish) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
2 beaten eggs and as much milk as needed to make 1 1/2 c.
as many currants as you want or raisins or dried cranberries
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Blend dry ingredients using pastry cutter.
Add beaten eggs and milk.
Handling as little as possible, drop by large spoon onto greased cookie sheets.
Cook 20 minutes or until light brown.
Serve plain with marmalade or lemon curd.
