Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. instant Potato Buds
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. dried onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. chicken pieces
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in plastic bag.
    Wash and clean chicken. Take chicken pieces and place in plastic bag; shake until well coated.
    Place chicken, skin side down, on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam.
    Cook at 400\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Turn chicken and bake for 1/2 hour more.
