Tartar Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/4 c. finely chopped dill pickle, finely chopped
    sweet pickle or sweet pickle relish, drained
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, pickle or pickle relish, onion, parsley, pimiento and lemon juice.
    Cover and chill for several hours.
    Serve with fish or seafood.
    Makes about 1 cup.
