Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs
4 c. rhubarb, sliced 1-inch thick
9-inch pie crust
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and nutmeg.
Add eggs; beat smooth.
Stir in rhubarb.
Fill 9-inch pie crust; dot filling with 2 tablespoons butter or margarine.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Cover with one 9-inch pie crust.
