Julienne Vegetable Plate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/4 c. crumbled Blue cheese (1 oz.)
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. celery sticks, cut 2-inches long
    1 c. carrot sticks, cut 2-inches long
    1 c. cherry tomatoes
    1 c. zucchini sticks, cut 2-inches long
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, blend together mayonnaise or salad dressing and Blue cheese.
    Add milk and lemon juice, beating until smooth. Chill.
    Serve with chilled vegetables arranged on platter.
    Makes 4 servings.
