Tuna Fish Special - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 6-oz. can tuna, drained and flaked
1 c. frozen peas, thawed
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. curry powder
Dash garlic powder
2 Tbsp. slivered almonds, toasted
1 c. chow mein noodles
Lettuce leaves, optional
Preparation

In a bowl, combine tuna, peas, celery and onions.
In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, soy sauce, curry powder and garlic powder; stir into tuna mixture.
Stir in almonds; top with noodles.
Serve on lettuce if desired.
Serves 2.
