Hawaiian Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (2 1/2 C.) Crushed Pineapple
    4 eggs, beaten until light
    4 c. Flour
    2 tsp. Baking Soda
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) Coconut
    1 1/2 c. Sugar
    2 tsp. Salt
Preparation
    Combine pineapple and coconut in mixing bowl, add the eggs and sugar and mix well.
    Sift the flour, measure and then sift again with the salt and baking soda.
    Add this to the first mixture.
    Mix until well blended.
    Pour into 3 greased 5x9 loaf pans.
    Bake in a moderately slow oven, 325\u00b0 for one hour.
    Remove and turn out onto wire racks to cool.
    Delicious sliced thin and spread with cream cheese!
