Easy Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 flour tortillas
    1 can refried beans
    1 c. sour cream
    1 lb. ground beef, cooked
    1 can enchilada sauce
    Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Stir refried beans and sour cream together.
    Spread a spoonful of bean mixture across the center of a tortilla.
    Sprinkle ground beef and cheese over bean mixture.
    Fold tortilla to make an enchilada and place in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
    Repeat with remaining tortillas.
    Spread the enchilada sauce over the tortillas, covering completely.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
