Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean pork, cut in cubes
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 medium green pepper, sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Brown pork slowly.
    Add 1 cup water and bouillon cube.
    Mix well.
    Cover and simmer until tender, about 1 hour.
