Savory Ham And Kraut Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. skim milk
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. loose-pack frozen cut broccoli
    1/2 lb. fully cooked ham, cut into 1/2-inch strips
    2/3 c. canned sauerkraut, rinsed, drained and snipped
    1/4 c. low calorie Italian salad dressing
    1 3/4 c. shredded Brick cheese
Preparation
    For Puff:
    Grease a 9-inch pie plate with the butter or margarine.
    In a blender container or food processor bowl, place eggs, milk and flour.
    Cover; blend 30 seconds.
    Pour batter into pie plate.
    Bake in a 450\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0.
    Bake 5 to 10 minutes more.
