Jane'S Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh cranberries
    rind of 1 orange
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. orange juice
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 c. hot water
    3 pkg. strawberry jello
    3 Tbsp. cold water
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Grind cranberries and orange rind.
    Mix with sugar, orange juice and lemon juice.
    Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
    Mix jello in hot water.
    Add cold water and undrained pineapple.
    Add to cranberry mixture.
    Add nuts.
    Chill until firm.
