Layered Lettuce Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head Lettuce
4 Hard Boiled Eggs (diced)
1/2 c. Green Peppers (diced)
1 med. Onion (diced)
8 slices Bacon (Fried and crumbled)
1 c. Celery (diced)
1 - 10 oz. pkg. Frozen Peas (raw)
1 c. Carrots (grated)
4 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 c. Mayonnaise with 2 Tbsp. sugar added
Preparation

Tear lettuce into bite sized pieces and place in bottom of 9 x 12 inch pan.
