Italian Sausage Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium onions, chopped
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, mashed
2 (8 oz.) cans beef broth
1 tsp. bail
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 green pepper, chopped
2 zucchini, thinly sliced
2 c. water
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In skillet, brown the sausage and drain well.
Add all ingredients, except cheese, and add to crock-pot.
Stir well. Cover and cook on low setting for 12 to 14 hours.
Taste for seasoning.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Pasta may be added, if desired.
(Soup does not have to be cooked in crock-pot.)
