Melon-Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of freshly ground pepper
    6 c. (3/4 inch pieces) melon (honeydew, cantaloupe and watermelon)
    3 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
    crisp salad greens
Preparation
    Mix oil, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper in tightly covered container.
    Toss with melon and cucumbers.
    Cover and refrigerate no longer than 8 hours.
    Drain.
    Serve on salad greens.
