Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 c. tomatoes, skinned and chopped
    1 stock celery
    3 large green peppers
    1 can diced jalapeno peppers
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    3 fresh jalapenos
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    3 large onions
Preparation
    Place the chopped green celery and green pepper, diced jalapenos, salt and sugar in the food processor.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook over medium-high heat.
    Boil for 4 hours, stirring often.
