Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. oleo, cut in chunks
    1 (16 oz.) box sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper (if desired)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Place in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Can also top with 2 cups crushed cornflakes and 1/4 cup margarine.
    Yield:
    12 servings.
