Squash-Carrot Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    3-4 med. squash, coarsely grated
    3 large carrots, grated
    1 large potato, grated
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. matzo meal
    1 c. bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic salt
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl combine ingredients and season to taste.
    Spread in a greased baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
    Top should be golden brown.
